Who we are

Booking
Sending the form is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. The rental is confirmed when we reply by email. Please book at least 24 hours before the delivery time.
Price and payment
The rental costs €10 per 24-hour block from delivery to pickup, rounded up (for example, 50 hours = 3 days = €30). A helmet is included free. Delivery and pickup are free. You pay in full on delivery, in cash or by card. There is no online payment.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver and collect every day between 9:00 and 19:00, anywhere in Rome inside the GRA ring road, at the address you give us. An adult must be there to receive and return the bike or scooter. If you need more time, reply to our email: each extra 24-hour block costs €10. If nobody is at the address at pickup time, we will contact you to arrange a new time, and the extra time is charged at the same rate.
Changes, cancellation and rain
Cancelling is always free: nothing is paid in advance. To change or cancel, reply to your confirmation email, ideally as early as you can. If rain is forecast for your delivery day, we will move or cancel the delivery free of charge.
Use and safety
Children must always wear the helmet provided and be supervised by an adult. Use the bikes and scooters in parks, pedestrian areas and on pavements where allowed, never on roads open to traffic. Follow the age and height guidance for each model.
Damage, loss and theft
Normal wear is on us. Please look after the equipment as you would your own. If it is lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal wear, we will agree with you a fair cost for the repair or replacement, never more than the retail price of the item.
Liability and applicable law
We check and clean every bike, scooter and helmet before each rental. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children while riding. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Italian law (Codice del Consumo). These terms are governed by Italian law.
