Who we are

The data controller is Maria Luisa Di Gravio, Rome, Italy, operating as “Little Legs Rentals”. You can contact us about privacy at any time at hello@littlelegsrentals.com.

What we collect

When you send a booking request: the bike or scooter you chose, delivery and pickup date and time, delivery address, full name, email address and phone number.

When you use the booking form, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (via Firebase App Check) processes technical data about your device and browser to tell people from bots.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data about your visit, such as pages viewed, clicks and approximate location (see the cookie policy).

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To handle your booking request, deliver and collect the rental and contact you about it: steps taken at your request before and under a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To protect the booking form from spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Google (Firebase Hosting, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions in the EU region europe-west1, Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise, Google Analytics) and Resend (delivery of the booking notification email to us). These providers act as data processors under their data processing terms. Where data is transferred outside the EU, they rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for 12 months after the end of the rental (or after the request, if the rental does not take place), then deleted. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (Art. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to hello@littlelegsrentals.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
